George's Mapo Tofu

Made a little treat for the mrs. tonight. She's been asking for mapo tofu so I thought it would be perfect to prepare a Mapo Tofu Bento for her to take to work tomorrow. (It's her B-day)
To celebrate, we made reservations at Chanto for dinner. Will let you know how that goes.
Hope the weather stays nice through out the weekend.

Stupid ESPN article. Didn't this kid beat the USC Trojans for the National Title as a quarterback? Since when is a 4.5 at the 40 a bad time... and as a Quarterback for that matter? Holy Schniekies, are you guys serious? With this kind of scrutiny, you might as well tell all kids training and working so hard for that NFL spotlight to juice up and take after the Major Leagues... Young ran a 4.58 guys... He's got an arm, he's got speed, but most importantly, he's got heart. The determination to WIN. To complain about his practice time is pathetic. Stats can only take you so far guys... Try measuring things like, Will, Heart, Dedication next time. Perhaps then you might learn a thing or two about what sports is all about.
