

J and I met up with Misato san and his collegues at Payard and had this feast. Foie Gras Terrine, Maine Crab Salad, Black Sea Bass, Veal Cheak and Tongue, Roasted Squab, Beef Duo, and a Plethora of Desserts. Not to mention a bottle of Puligny-Montrachet Burgundy White, and an Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Red.
