Truffle Butter Time!!!

In less than a week, I will be debuting a new brand of Truffle Butter to the NY market.
My mission is to educate the general public and introduce them to the wonderful world of Truffles. So let me first explain to you what Truffles are... Some of you may be thinking why on earth would anybody want to mix round chocolate balls into butter? NO NO NO.
I'm talking about mushroom truffles silly!
The Truffles I'm talking about are spherical shaped fungi that grow under oak or pine trees in the deep forests of France and Italy. They can be either black or white, depending on the species.
And since they are so freakin rare, they demand a premium price.
$4,000 a pound for Whites Alba Truffles, and $2,500 a pound for Black Winter Truffles.
Yah, no kidding... They're fucken expensive. But they taste great.
So imagine, the most pleasantly pungent little thing incorporated into rich creamy butter... That is some good stuff. Let it melt right on a nice juicy grilled steak, or simply mix it into a risotto... You won't know what hit your taste buds...
Keep your eyes open for a log of my butter in your neck of the woods.
