Jamon Iberico

Great news for all you cured ham aficionados.
For the first time ever, Spanish Iberico Ham will be legal to serve in the US.
It's passed all USDA and FDA inspections, and debuted in Washington D.C. on Dec. 6, 2007.

And according to the article... the even more sought after "jamón Ibérico de bellota" will be available in the summer of 2008 for twice the amount.
Not too shabby...
