Can't wait to see how it turns out. today's recipe : 1# ground wagyu beef 1 fennel bulb diced 1 cup of diced carrots 1 cup of diced onions 1 T tomato paste 2 boxes of parmalat pomi strained tomatoes 1 cup of champagne 1 cup of wagyu beef broth 3 cloves of garlic 3 T olive oil italian herbs and seasoning and sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
