"molto giorgio"! Can't wait to see how it turns out. today's recipe : 1# ground wagyu beef 1 fennel bulb diced 1 cup of diced carrots 1 cup of diced onions 1 T tomato paste 2 boxes of parmalat pomi strained tomatoes 1 cup of champagne 1 cup of wagyu beef broth 3 cloves of garlic 3 T olive oil italian herbs and seasoning and sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

J and I set out to Hyannis Port in Cape Cod, Mass Saturday. It was an overnight trip we just drew up the week prior. The drive up there was a breeze... 5 1/2 hours of smooth sailing up to the cape. The weather got a bit chilly but we could see how people must love it in the summer. The highlight of the trip was the killer seafood we had. We ordered tons of lobsters and clams. We got up the next day and the weather channel warned of snow so we packed up our goodies and headed home. On our way back to Jersey, we decided to hit up the mall and do some shopping. It just so happens there was a Legal Seafoods at the Short Hills Mall and so we decided to go there for dinner before calling it a day. I just can't get enough seafood now.. I am totally addicted and want to get my hands on as much as I can. We had a great time. Thanks Cape Cod.
